Finca El Diviso has been in the Aenas family for 27 years and is currently farmed by Vidal Aenas and his wife Oliva together with their three sons. The farm is located in the Buenos Aires region in Antioquia, an area that can produce very good coffee despite the challenging climatic and wet conditions in this part of Colombia.
The farm has 12,000 coffee plants interspersed with native trees and fruit trees. The Aenas's are passionate about the environment, especially the many birds that live on the farm and the land is managed to encourage and protect the plants and animals that thrive in the local area.
The family have worked very hard to improve the quality of their coffee and are now seeing great results, as demonstrated with this coffee with its lovely juicy plum flavour and honeycomb sweetness.
Flavour profile: Juicy plum with milk chocolate and honeycomb sweetness
Roast level: Light
Region: Buenos Aires, Antioquia
The postage charge on online purchases can be a surprise when you get to the checkout so we think it best to be upfront and let you know the costs before you get that far.
We only use Royal Mail first class which is not the cheapest option but it is the most reliable. We absorb as much of the cost as we can, but to absorb it all just wouldn't be viable for a business of our size.
Our postal charges are £2.25 for an order up to 500 grams and £2.90 for anything over 500 grams.
If you spend over £25 shipping is free to anywhere in the UK and we also offer free delivery to the BS3 and BS4 Bristol postcodes - contact us and we'll give you the discount code.
