About this coffee

The La Cumbre Estate sits in the Fraijanes Plateau region of Guatemala where the Pacaya volcano, one of the most active in the country, often deposits a light covering of ash on the ground. -_- -_- The volcanic soil filled with pumice and high in mineral content, combined with lots of rain, plenty of sun and high humidity makes for an excellent climate for growing coffee and the region has been awarded protected D.O.C. status.

The micro-climate in which this coffee is grown helps to create a clean and bright cup with a lovely balance between chocolate, nutty and fruity flavours. -_- -_- We take this to a medium roast so it has a full flavour with loads of milk chocolate and hazelnut but also some nice floral flavours and pleasant hint of citrusy acidity.

The postage charge on online purchases can be a surprise when you get to the checkout so we think it best to be upfront and let you know the costs before you get that far. -_- -_- If you live in BS1 / 2 / 3 / 4/ 5 / 6 / 7 / 8 / 9 / 13 / 14 / 15 / 30 we offer free hand delivery. -_- -_- Our postal charges for other postcodes are £1.49 for orders up to 250g, £2.49 for an orders up to 950g and £3.99 for orders over 950g. -_- -_- If you spend over £25 shipping is free to anywhere in the UK
